With the driver and fireman posing for the camera Riddles Standard Class 4MT stands at a signal check at Winwick Quay signal box. The loco No 76023 was delivered new to Sunderland depot in December 1952 and was withdrawn from Stoke depot in October 1965 a short 13 year life. The loco would finally be cut up by Cashmores of Great Bridge in January 1965. 5th May 1961.

A line up of classes at the buffers at Liverpool Lime St between Platform five and six with No 45129, 47447 and 31443 with a collection of oil lamps. The Class 45 had arrived from Scarborough with the Class 31 coming from Norwich. 2nd May 1987.
